Narbonne

Narbonne Plage is situated in Languedoc in the south of France only 15 km from Narbonne. It is a lively holiday resort situated directly at the Mediterranean Sea and close to the mountains Le Massif de la Clape. Narbonne Plage is known for its lovely, child friendly 5 km fine, sandy beach, which offers 300 days a year with sun and blue sea as well as a lot of sport activities.
Narbonne Plage is placed close to the land of the Cathars and gives the possibility of visiting some of the many ruin of castles, which all are placed at the top of mountains. In the surrounding you can visit the city of Carcassonne; one of the best maintained medieval towns in Europe, the Archbishops’ Palace or The Montagne Noire. You can enjoy one of the markets in Narbonne city or at Narbonne Plage and choose among the huge selection of fresh food, cloths, and flowers or go on a canal trip at Le Canal de Midi and experience some of its many locks.
