Poreč
Poreč is one of the favourite tourist destinations in Istria and an interesting place to visit all year around. The old city of Poreč is a charming place to see and the town offers many classical and jazz music concerts, cultural events and summer masked festivities. You will find a lot of restaurants in the town of Poreč and in the evening you can go partying at the bars, cafés and discotheques along the port promenade.
The beaches surrounding Poreč have something for everyone. It is mainly concrete beaches and the most popular beach is Gradsko kupaliste. You can also visit one of the nearby islands with dense pine forests that provide plenty of shade.
