This famous sea-side resort, the largest in the Vendée on the Atlantic coast, is lively both in the day-time with thalasso, water sports and a host of other activities, and in the evening with its casino and night-clubs.

The residence is situated in the middle of a pine-forest, 800 m from the beach and 1.5 km from the centre of the town. It is made up of three 3 or 4-storey buildings placed in a peaceful and luxuriant, green setting.
The apartment is fitted out with fully equipped kitchenette with electric hotplate, dishwasher and microwave/grill, bathroom, generally a separate toilet, telephone, television with charge and furnished balcony or terrace.
