This small independent farmhouse is part of a series of independent farm complexes behind  Lake Trasimeno, between cultivated fields and rolling hills, surrounded by olive trees in the Umbrian countryside. The property has: a house made of stone divided in apartments of various sizes and two other independent houses which have been restored  harmoniously  with a beautiful landscape. Guests have access to the swimming, mountain bikes, a common area equipped with barbecue and pizza oven for outdoor dining and a big fences park about 4 hectares . The house of approx. 70 sqm on two levels is divided as follows: large living room with fireplace, kitchenette and a double sofa bed, climbing the stairs is a room with double bed and a single, small hallway and a bathroom with shower.

The property is 7km from Lake Trasimeno, 20km from Perugia, 40km from Umbertide , 50km from Spello, Spoleto, Assisi, Città di Castello, Gubbio, Montefalco, and then again Norcia, Cascia and  Orvieto. These are not  only small and precious  gems that have to be discovered, but also places which  allow us to go through time from 'Roman antiquity to the nineteenth century with the evocation of  hours races, markets, festivals and events for a full calendar that runs throughout the year.
