Ancient castle dating back to the 13th century situated in a small hamlet a few kilometers from the beautiful town of Todi away. The property, once a military fortress, was completely and carefully restored and turned into 9 nice apartments.
This castle is situated amidst the hills of Umbria and is in ideal location to visit all of this charming region. The 9 apartments are nicely furnished and provide mosquito nets, TV, DVD player and hairdryer. 
Distances: Collevalenza with all kinds of shops 1 km, Todi 6 km, Terni 35 km, Perugia 40 km away, Spoleto approx. 40 km, the charming town of Assisi 50 km away, Orvieto with its splendid Dome 50 km, Rome (airport) 135 km away. 
At guests’ disposal: shared outdoor area offering tables, chairs, deckchairs and sun umbrellas.
On the property ground floor there is a billiard-room and a shared room with sofas and a TV. A few bicycles (5 for adults and 2 for children) are available free of charge. A public pool is 1 km from the property away (entrance fee € 5,- / per person).

Extra services to be paid on the spot: Baby bed on request (€ 30,- / per week). Maid service available by arrangement at € 10,- / per hour. Shared laundry with washing-machine (€ 3,- / per washing) and dryer (€ 3,- / per drying).
