Both apartments are furnished to the same high standard with everything you will need for your holiday.

With balconies overlooking the large communal swimming pool and stunning uninterrupted views of the sea. A table, chairs and parasol are provided on the balconies.

Walking to the first beach is only 150 meters, there is a second larger beach another 150 meters walk away, this beach has sun beds, parasols, beach bar and toilets.

Within 10 minutes’ walk you will come to many bars, restaurants and shops so a car is not required unless you wish to explore the beautiful region further.

Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.

A fully equipped bathroom with full size bath and shower over is between the 2 bedrooms.

The well equipped kitchens have a dishwasher, microwave, oven & hob plus a washing machine in the utility room.

The living rooms have a large chaise style sofa, flat screen TV with DVD player and modern black glass dining table/leather chairs.

All rooms are fitted with remote control air conditioning units, there is also underground secure parking.

4 folding sunbeds are provided for use by the pool.

The apartments are in a small block serviced by a large communal swimming pool and are located just south of Cabo Roig.

Getting here is very easy with a choice of Alicante Airport or Murcia Airport. Alicante Airport is 45 minutes’ drive and Murcia Airport is just 30 minutes’ drive making transfer very easy and quick.

Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea with stunning views, you can also see La Manga strip and the Mar Menor Sea.

The Mar Menor Sea is Europe’s largest natural salt water lagoon measuring 27 km long, 9 km wide yet only 7 meters deep at its deepest point. This makes it perfect for families with young children and also perfect for all manner of water sports. The closest point of the Mar Menor Sea is at San Pedro which is only 15 minutes’ drive. Here you will also find the mud flats with their therapeutic minerals which are renowned for their healing abilities.
