Typical Majorcan house dating from the XVIII century has been carefully restored several years ago and retains many traditional features and also benefits from air conditioning/ heating.
The house an area of 200 m2 and the accommodation is spread over two floors. On the ground floor is a spacious lounge with satellite TV, a dining room, fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, full bathroom and two double bedrooms, one with separate exit to the outside and a large window with access to a small terrace.
On the upper floor is a large double bedroom, a small reading room and another full bathroom.
There is a large private pool with outdoor shower, BBQ, various terraces, hammocks, umbrellas and other furniture. The pool is surrounded by lawns and a beautiful Mediterranean-style garden.
LOCATION
The rural farm is located on the East coast of the island on a plot of 15,000 m2 between the towns of Manacor,the second largest town on the island, and the picturesque Porto Cristo, famous for the Drach Caves.
Several of the nearest beaches are Cala Anguila, Cala Mandia Cala Varques, all located within minutes of the house.
Golf enthusiasts may also enjoy their favorite sport in the clubs of Vall d'Or, Pula Golf, Costa de los Pinos or Canyamel, which are no more than 30 minutes away.
