If you are a keen golfer then Roda is the ideal location for playing the numerous courses in the area. There are currently 10 courses within 20 minutes drive with the PGA Roda Golf Resort course across the road, only 5 minutes walk.

The beaches of the Mar Menor are just 3 minutes drive away. The beaches are very clean and safe for children. 

The Mar Menor itself is a natural salt water lagoon spanning some 27k long and 9km wide. It is shallow and great for bathing, water sports etc. The deepest point in the centre is a mere 7 metres. The lagoon is protected from the Mediterranean Sea by La Manga strip. 

Senorio de Roda can be reached directly from the AP 7 motorway. San Javier Airport is only 10 mins away and Alicante less then an hour away.

Roda and the surrounding area are very Spanish and benefit from a thriving local community with plenty of local shops, markets leisure and restaurants waiting to be explored.

Cartagena and Murcia are within a 20 Min drive and these are beautiful Spanish cities.

Cartagena has been renowned as an important port since Roman times and Murcia a Mecca for shops and baroque architecture.
