The detached houses are located in the urbanization of Miami Playa, Marina Way, also known as The Casalot.  The detached houses consist of 14 townhomes and a common place with a large garden with lots of pine trees and a nice pool.  Each house has a private terrace with barbecue, equipped with tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor tranquility of the area.  The houses are located in a peaceful area of Miami Beach, between Bonmont Golf Course and the beach.  It has a supermarket and some restaurants and takeaways. The house has 2 floors; on the ground floor we find the kitchen with 2 hotplates, microwave and refrigerator, the living room with double sofa bed, table and 6 chairs, TV, and exit to the terrace furnished with table and 4 chairs and barbecue. On the first floor we have the bathroom with bath, a double bedroom (with access to small balcony) with a 135 bed and another bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm, both with fitted wardrobes.The ideal place for those who want simple accommodation, spacious and quiet, to enjoy nature and the beautiful beaches and coves of Miami Playa.  There is a large garden filled with pine trees surrounding the houses.  In this garden, children can play safely close and in contact with nature.  There is a shared pool and a small solarium to relax and sunbathe, a large picnic table for those who come in groups to eat together and share moments of fun.  There is free car parking space.

 The house is located about 3 km west of the town Miami Playa, where you find banks, shops, pharmacies and all services. In the urbanization is a small cafe bar, open all year. Miami Playa is a charming town located in a beautiful landscape between the Mediterranean and the mountains in the south of the Costa Dorada.  It has a varied coastline with cliffs, sandy beaches and hidden coves that lead to crystal clear waters.  In the hot summer days you can always find a refreshing sea breeze in Miami Beach.  At an average annual temperature of 18 degrees Celsius and 300 days of sun, you can enjoy a pleasant stay all year.  After a stroll along the shore, you can enjoy the various play areas for children and the great variety of charming restaurants overlooking the sea.
