Finca Ca'n Churi is a house with 400 m2, divided over 2 floors, completely reformed with new top quality materials in order to preserve the traditional Majorcan style. The house has several living areas and lounges where you can enjoy the absolute peace and relax completely.
The entrance is downstairs from where you are lead directly into a spacious living and dining area with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom in suite, laundry room and a guest toilet. Also downstairs there is another kitchen with a barbecue and dining area with a capacity for 10 people.
The 1st floor can easily be accessed by a staircase from the entrance. A corridor takes you to the 4 additional double bedrooms and 3 further bathrooms. We would like to point out the 2 bedrooms have living area with satellite TV and sea view.
Outside there is a private swimming pool with ( 12 x 4.5 m), a covered terrace with a table for 10 people, 1 bathroom, and various areas with sun loungers and parasols, all at your disposal.

Finca Ca'n Churi is located near the dreamy and picturesque village of Porto Petro, a typical Mallorcan village with some services such as pharmacy, shops and restaurants overlooking the sea. We would like to point out that for golf lovers, the club Vall d'Or is only a few kilometers away.
In addition, there are some of the best beaches of Mallorca just a few minutes away from the house, such as Cala Varques and Mondragó.
The capital, Palma, is located at a distance of 60 km. The airport / Palma is about 55 km far.
