The house is placed on a large ground with garden, orchard etc. Only 50 m. to the beach. From the lower 
part of the garden is it possible to launch a small boat (which you have to bring yourself). Close by is a stone 
mole with bathing possibilities. Large, roofed terrace with garden furniture and ocean view. 

"Here is space for small and big children. If you come as two families you can have your own sleeping area 
with shared kitchen and living room. In the off season the building is often used by artists to find piece and 
inspiration for their creative work. It is a good starting point for tours to Copenhagen, Geocenter, Mid-age 
center, Knuthenborg... or just a trip with the ferry to Stubbekøbing and a tour around Næsgaard and 
Hesnæas Harbour."

The house contains: entrance with stairs to 1st floor. Nice living room with ocean view., sofa suite, TV with 
satellite, DVD. Small hall with access to roofed terrace. Large kitchen with dinette, ceramic kitchen range, 
built-in oven, cooker hood, refrigerator and dishwasher. Utility room with scullery containing washing machine, 
dryer and upright freezer. Bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower cabinet. 
4 bedrooms: 1DB+wardrobe, 1DB+wardrobe and ocean view. On 1st floor 1DB+ chest of drawers, 
1DB+1B+wardrobe+ocean view. Child bed, child chair. PC with free Internet access and Word. As per 
arrangement, if you have brought your own PC it can be hooked up. Central heating - oil consumption not 
included in rental price.
