The long, narrow peninsula Kamenja is Premantura most recognizable features. The peninsula is 9.5 km long and 1.5 km wide and stretches out into the Adriatic Sea as a long arm. Kamenjak is surrounded by a 30 km long coastline littered with countless bays and small beaches, and this initial estimate is further adorned by small islands, which rises up to the crystal-blue-green sea. In Premantura are many shops, a bank and a souvenir shop. The restaurants have made Premantura famous as a place of delicate fish and other specialties from the sea.
