This is a lovely three bedroom apartment situated in the resort of Puerto Pollensa. It is in an amazing location, just at 120 metres from the sea and 700 metres to the market square. This property is ideal for couples or friends who wish to be near the heart of the resort. 

Inside, the apartment is of a modern design. It is very light and clean with white walls, wooden and tiled floors and bright white spotlighting. All the rooms are air-conditioned. There is a wide lounge and dining room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD and stereo, and a wood topped dining table and chairs. The kitchen is a lovely bright room with appliances that include a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven and lots of storage spaces. From here large sliding glass doors open onto a lovely balcony which has views onto the natural reserve of La Gola.

There are three bedrooms: two twins (one with an en suite shower room) and a single bedroom which can have another additional single bed. There is a further separate full bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

A staircase leads up to the great roof terrace with stunning views over the natural reserve and mountains as well as the sea. The roof terrace is divided in two parts, one part has a lovely built in barbecue with a table and chairs and the other part, which is accessed via some steps, is where the Jacuzzi and solarium are located. An exterior sofa with comfortable chairs completes the furnishings of this part of the property. 

However, the main advantage is the fact that the sandy beach is 5-minute walk away and you have some wonderful Spanish Tapas restaurants on your doorstep to sample the local cuisine.
