The basement of the house has just been renovated and if you want you can rent it and have the opportunity of two more beds. The basement is 70 m2 and has a bathroom with heated floors and jacuzzi, washing machine, double bedroom, large hall with staircase to the first floor (with lockable door), large TV room with sofa and electric fireplace and a small kitchen.
